Foggy haze is a spell that creat a veil of foggy haze, so you can get away from you opponent(s) if you are to weak to figth or in minority.
Your opponent(s) can't get hurt or lose any life.
Foggy haze can be used with the spell: Toxic substans, so the haze will be toxic smoke (read the post: Spell: Toxic substans), and then you and your opponent(s) will get hurt and lose an amount of life.
This spell is a multiple target spell.
