Spell: Toxic Substans

Toxic Substans is a spell that transform inert material to toxic Substans.
ex. you transform air into a toxic substans, or mud to a toxic mucus.

When you use the spell the air around you opponent will be toxic, and when he breathe the toxic gascloud, he wil die of oxygen poisoning. If it is used in a game, the opponent will lose a unknow amount of life.

This spell is a multiple target, and if you don't get away you will die.
